Chunky Pumpkin Chocolate Bites #recipes
These Chunky Pumpkin Chocolate Bites combine the texture of a brownie and cookie to bring you a surprisingly flavorful pumpkin recipe. These bites are soft and moist on the inside but chewy on the outside. One of the things that I really like about these is they’re not too sweet. By combining dark chocolate morsels and brown sugar, you get a flavorful bite instead of a sugar high.
One of the things to keep in mind when you bake these is to make sure you remove them from the oven as soon as they’re set (about 15-20 minutes). If you keep them in too long, they’ll burn and dry out on the inside. I didn’t add any nuts to this batch but if you want, throw in some chopped pecans for an added crunch.
I was able to make thirty (30) bites with this recipe but as always, your results may vary. I ate two straight out of the oven and oh my were they delicious! I hope you enjoy these as much as my family and I did. They’re a perfect treat for these cool Fall nights.
If you made this recipe, what beverage would you serve with it: coffee, tea, milk, or something else?
