Improve Your Daily Protein Intake With An On The Go Protein Snack
Depending upon what stage of life you’re in, most adults need an average of 45-60 grams of protein a day.◊ Almost every cell in the body contains protein which is considered the building block of life. Without sufficient protein intake, your body won’t be able to repair cells and make new ones. This can lead to fatigue and an overall feeling of malaise.
One of my recent dietary goals has been to ensure that I consume 60 grams of protein daily. I feel better when I meet this goal and I noticed that I’m less sluggish. When I’m at home, I rely on protein shakes, meat, dairy, and eggs to meet my protein goal but what about when I’m on the go?
