Simple Garlic + Herb Mushrooms Made Even Easier With Pop & Cook
Raise your hand if you’re a mushroom fan? Me! Me! Me! Whether they’re on my pizza or in my salad, I’m not complaining because I love ’em.
Sauteed mushrooms with garlic is one of my all time favorite steak and burger toppings. Yumm-o!
My second all time favorite is this simple garlic and herbs recipe I’m sharing with you today. It’s made even easier by my new best friend.
Say hello to Pop & Cook! Pop & Cook is a fresh frozen portion controlled line of garlic and herbs that make cooking less about prep and more about getting to the good stuff–>eating. I’ve never been a fan of mincing garlic (time-consuming and my fingers smell for days) so this product made me very happy when I used it for my Garlic and Herb Mushrooms.
Each cube of Pop & Cook garlic equals one clove of chopped so all I had to do was literally, just pop and cook!
Can you smell the butter and garlic yet? Oh, my.
In addition to garlic, Pop & Cook also offers the following:

I gotta tell you. There’s nothing like the smell of fresh basil and Pop & Cook’s basil smells deliciously fresh!
The best part? After I popped out 3 teaspoons of basil (equivalent to 3 Pop & Cook cubes), I put the remaining basil back in the freezer for my next recipe.
