You will need- 2 lemons, 1 cucumber, and about 8 mint leaves. Add 3 quarts of water or add this inside of a water jug and let it fuse overnight. Drink it all throughout the day. Once empty, just refill the water jug leaving everything still inside. This will help you flush any toxins and impurities out of your system while also helping you maintain a flat belly and reduce bloating! I have personally tried this and did it for about 3 days at a time and it DEFINITELY worked (of course I was running to the bathroom all of the time too haha). Other great options to include are limes and oranges.
These are very popular in spas because they quickly allow your body to eliminate toxins, help regulate pH and hormones, and also help you feel better almost instantly! They are also great for relieving stress.
You will need- 1 cup of Epsom salt, ½ cup of sea salt, 1/2 cup of baking soda, ½ cup of apple cider vinegar, and an essential oil of your choice if a scent is desired. Add all ingredients while the tub is being filled with hot water. Relax and soak in the tub for no more than 25 minutes. Definitely be sure to drink enough water during and after this bath! Also, detox baths should not be used if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
