Easy Game Day Eats: Meatball Sliders + Chocolate Football Cake
Preseason football just kicked off and that means two things: fun and food! While some spouses may dread the start of football season, I look forward to it. I love watching football on TV and let me tell you, I can cheer, scream, and boo with the best of them! 😉
Since food and football go together like peanut butter and jelly, I recently made an appetizer perfect for game day: Meatball Sliders. This Meatball Sliders‡ recipe is pretty simple and the end results are delicious. Let’s take a look!
Ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, panko bread crumbs, and a few extras are all combined to get the drool-worthy goodness you see in front of you. My husband said these were the best sliders he’s ever had and coming from him, that’s a HUGE compliment!

I’ve only ever found sliders here in the UK in TGI Friday’s. But they were delicious! I may have to have a go at making my own at home as they’re the perfect sort of size for me and the kids 🙂
